A Message from the Owner

As Little Norway property owners ourselves, we understand the importance of good communication. Little Norway Estates was born out of the need for communication amongst the subdivision property owners. We want to create an easy-to-use platform for property owners and community contractors to be able to buy or sell their land or services. We also want to provide our property owners with relevant information about their properties, the surrounding area, and interesting places to go while they’re in south Colorado.

Little Norway is the true first developing neighborhood on the Wild Horse Mesa. Our property owners association is very active and we offer full-time and part time homes. To ensure that the area stays beautiful and livable for years to come, we monitor all property owner needs from road maintenance to common area upkeep.
